Beach - Huntington Beach, is a seaside city
in Orange County, in southern California. The coastal
town is known throughout the world as "Surf City,
USA", despite a rivalry with the northern California
town of Santa Cruz over the moniker. The name "Surf
City" is so ingrained in Huntington Beach that
the Los Angeles Times often uses the term as a first
reference in articles about the Orange County beach
town.

There are 73,657 households out of which 29.0% have
children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.7%
are married couples living together, 9.6% have a female
householder with no husband present, and 35.2% are non-families.
24.3% of all households are made up of individuals and
6.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age
or older. The average household size is 2.56 and the
average family size is 3.08.
In the city the population is spread out with 22.2%
under the age of 18, 8.4% from 18 to 24, 34.9% from
25 to 44, 24.0% from 45 to 64, and 10.4% who are 65
years of age or older. The median age is 36 years. For
